These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kitchenwarehouse.shop and any purchase you make from Kitchen Warehouse Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who you are buying from

Kitchen Warehouse Company is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We sell online only and have no physical shop or showroom. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older to use this site, or use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law that applies to you;
• upload or send anything containing viruses or other harmful code, or anything defamatory, obscene or infringing;
• try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the site's operation or security;
• copy, reproduce or use the site's content (text, images, branding and design) for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

The content on this site, including the Kitchen Warehouse name, product photography and copy, belongs to us or our licensors.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using the specifications our suppliers publish, in metric and imperial where the listing gives both. Product photographs are for illustration, and colour and finish can look different on different screens. Measurements quoted on the site are subject to slight variance, so measure your space before ordering if it matters.

Prices and discounts

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The total shown at checkout, made up of the item prices and any shipping charge, is what we charge you. We work to keep prices correct. If we find an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to go ahead at the correct price before we ship.

Discount codes take money off the goods only, never off shipping. Free shipping is based on your goods total after any discount.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and ship your order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
• You are responsible for giving us an accurate shipping address, including your province, and contact details.

Payment and security

Card payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure checkout, and PayPal payments on PayPal's. Card details are never entered on this site and never reach us.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The law of some provinces may not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the province or territory where you live that cannot be given up. See also our Limited Liability Indemnity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario can hear disputes about them. This does not take away your right, as a consumer, to rely on the consumer protection law of the province or territory where you live, or to bring a claim there, including in its small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
